Our Founder
Meet Christopher Hines, founder & principal of Solutioned.
Cybersecurity Architecture, Data Analytics, & AI Security.
Christopher is a cybersecurity, data science, and enterprise architecture leader with more than a decade of experience designing security capabilities for complex global environments. He founded Solutioned to help executives make clearer decisions about cyber risk, data protection, artificial intelligence, analytics, and enterprise security architecture..
His career has been shaped by building what security teams need to act.
Christopher’s work sits at the intersection of cybersecurity engineering, machine learning, enterprise architecture, and executive decision support. He has designed production-scale systems for insider threat detection, malware and command-and-control detection, fraud analytics, Zero Trust decision support, threat intelligence, technical investigations, and security operations.
In prior roles within a global technology enterprise, he built and led security analytics capabilities that processed high-volume enterprise telemetry, combined deterministic expert systems with continuously learning models, and delivered actionable findings to incident responders. His work has also included cloud-first security modernization, MLOps, user-behavior analytics, technical investigations, eDiscovery, and threat intelligence architecture.
Today, Christopher leads Solutioned’s work across threat detection, insider threat and data loss prevention, security data science, secure RAG and LLM platforms, Generative AI security, fraud risk analytics, and cybersecurity enterprise architecture. He helps clients translate complex cybersecurity, AI, and data risk questions into assessments, target architectures, roadmaps, and implementation paths that leaders can fund and technical teams can execute..
Selected outcomes demonstrate the scale and experience behind the advisory work.
These results were achieved during prior enterprise roles. Details are intentionally omitted to respect the sensitive nature of cybersecurity work.

His experience connects directly to the problems Solutioned helps clients solve.
Christopher’s background spans the strategy, architecture, analytics, engineering, and operational disciplines needed to address modern cybersecurity and AI risk. The sections below summarize the experience most relevant to Solutioned’s client work.
-
Christopher has architected insider threat, malware, command-and-control, and data-exfiltration detection capabilities that combine behavioral analytics, machine learning, deterministic expert rules, and high-volume security telemetry. His experience includes user behavior analytics, DLP, threat intelligence, incident response, and routing actionable detections to security operations teams.
-
His work includes predictive modeling, feature engineering, anomaly detection, explainable model design, ensemble methods, production MLOps, and near-real-time inference. He has led teams developing analytics for insider threat, intellectual property protection, malware, Zero Trust, fraud, and security operations forecasting.
-
Christopher architects secure GenAI, RAG, and LLM-enabled platforms using permission-aware retrieval, multimodal AI, data classification, prompt and response controls, cloud-first architecture, and governance patterns. His work connects AI implementation with the access, privacy, data quality, and operational controls required for responsible enterprise adoption.
-
As a TOGAF-certified enterprise architect, Christopher has designed solution and reference architectures for technical investigations, eDiscovery, threat intelligence, security analytics, and cloud-first modernization. His work has helped organizations reduce technical debt, improve system interoperability, define target-state capabilities, and translate strategy into sequenced delivery roadmaps.
-
Christopher began his cybersecurity career leading complex technical investigations and incident response. He used multi-terabyte log sources, SQL, R, and custom analytics to reconstruct attack chains, identify adversary behavior, and brief stakeholders on findings that influenced security policy and resource allocation.
“I founded Solutioned because difficult cybersecurity and AI decisions are rarely solved by a tool alone. They require a clear understanding of risk, architecture, data, operating constraints, and the teams responsible for execution. My goal is to help leaders make practical decisions and leave technical teams with the artifacts, roadmaps, and knowledge needed to carry the work forward.”
He created Solutioned to connect executive clarity with technical execution.
His professional foundation extends beyond client delivery.
Christopher continues to invest in formal education, professional communities, applied research, and practical writing that strengthens the perspective he brings to Solutioned’s client engagements.
-
Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Nova Southeastern University. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Franklin University.
-
Christopher has received multiple enterprise technology recognition and excellence awards for work involving business intelligence, security data platforms, AI-enabled operations, user behavior analytics, service intelligence, and insider-threat detection.
-
His professional affiliations include the Association of Enterprise Architects, International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society.
-
Christopher has published practical articles on solution architecture and reference architecture, reflecting his focus on making complex architecture methods understandable and usable.
His background provides the technical depth behind Solutioned’s services.
Solutioned’s service portfolio reflects problems Christopher has addressed throughout his career: detecting adversary behavior, protecting sensitive data, applying machine learning to security and fraud risk, building governed AI systems, modernizing enterprise architecture, and helping decision-makers understand what should happen next.
Clients engage Solutioned for senior judgment, technical depth, structured delivery, and practical knowledge transfer. The objective is not to make clients dependent on one individual. It is to give their teams clearer decisions, defensible artifacts, and an implementation path they can continue to own..
